<1> What were your first impressions when you actually ran the car?
I was amazed at how fast it was. It ripped around a 1/8 layout in no time. Because its small, it doesn't handle the gaps as well as a 1/8 buggy, but it still is incredibly stable. It's fantastic. Because of its size I only had a little trouble gauging the distance.

<2> How does it compare to the 1/8 Inferno?
At first glance I thought it was exactly like the 1/8 Inferno. The likeness is amazing. With this handy size I think it would be ideal for beginners or intermediate level drivers, but I think the performance will also please expert drivers too.

<3> What did you find interesting about the mechanics?
I was amazed at the high-quality finish and structure of the chassis that was so much like the 1/8 Inferno. I also felt I could put my faith in the performance of the all important suspension that had the capacity to handle the rough stuff with its oil shocks. The metal gears in the diff gear and the metal gears in the servos also caught my attention.

<4> What did you think about the SIRIO engine?
After I get used to the driving characteristics, I want to start measuring my laptimes. I think this machine has the performance to make me want to race it in competition. It feels great to take around the track. You can control the machine with the throttle, just like you can with the 1/8 Inferno. I'm only guessing, but the laptimes might only be about 5 seconds slower than the 1/8. The engine can produce this kind of performance.

<5> How do you think the 09 will be received in your country?
I would think this machine is ideal as the next step for EP buggy drivers. Even in America there are growing numbers of beginner buggy drivers and I would hope these people would use the Mini-Inferno to develop their skills as they progress to 1/8 buggy racing. This machine is perfect for that purpose.
